Arz Lebanon

I went to Arz Lebanon one Saturday night as I had a sudden urge to eat Lebanese food. The restaurant offered both, indoor seating, and outdoor seating for those who wanted to enjoy the weather or considered indoors to be a little stuffy. Once there,
I along with a couple of my friends, placed my order. The service turned out to be odd to say the least and one order arrived 15 minutes earlier than the other two. When I asked the waiter why the order wasn't brought to the table in its entirety, he made up excuses and refused to acknowledge that the restaurant's customer service was at best, sub-par.

In my opinion, a problem cannot be fixed if it is not even acknowledged. Choosing to go to this restaurant ruined my night and I'm not going there again, any time soon.
