Trieste

Trieste is a recently opened restaurant in Bahria Town, Phase 7 that everyone is talking about. We went there expecting an Italian restaurant but we were wrong. The menu is very diverse as it includes dishes from all over the world, including
Italian of course. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and has two floors. No one was present on the ground floor to receive the customers so we climbed upstairs to find the very courteous manager who showed us to our tables. We ordered nachos as appetizer and I ordered Pepper steak as main course. Nachos were delicious and served within a few minutes of placing the order. They were served with salsa sauce, garlic mayo and chunks of chicken. The service was a bit too hasty as our main course was served before we finished the appetizers.

My beef pepper steak was very juicy and the sauce was on point. I would have preferred having a bit more sauce on the steak but it is not a big complaint. Overall, a good experience with small gaps in the service which I hope the management will resolve over time.
