After hearing both negative and positive reviews about this place, I decided to go there and see for myself if it was worth going to. I went for their Hi-tea, one Sunday evening which is served everyday between 4 PM - 7 PM. The place was well-designed and stayed true to its English style by serving food
in a three-tier serving tray, and tea in a metallic tea pot. The option of using brown or white sugar cubes instead of regular sachets was also a nice touch. The seating was outdoors and hence, it did get noisy and the crowd made me uneasy, because the size of the area wasn't enough to accommodate that many people. The service and quality of the food was good however, and perhaps going on a weekday next time will help with the crowd problem as well.
